Keith’s clients have included:

  • Fortune 500 companies
  • Product manufacturers
  • Retailers and distributors
  • Landowners and property managers
  • Engineering and consulting firms

He has also written, argued, and won dozens of summary judgment and other pre-trial motions in state and federal court. Keith’s appellate practice has included complex matters of statewide significance, and he has represented clients in the Supreme Court of Indiana and Indiana Court of Appeals.

Clients count on Keith to forge a strong defense before and throughout the litigation process, building negotiating strength and finding opportunities for dismissal. Keith has taken and defended scores of depositions, and has experience preparing clients and experts for critical testimony.

When he isn’t practicing law, you can find Keith exploring and enjoying Indy’s growing restaurant and beverage scene (or perhaps trying to bike off some of those calories). A Chicago-area native, Keith avidly follows the Chicago Blackhawks, and he loves a good hot dog or Italian beef sandwich. Keith lives in downtown Indianapolis with his family.
